• Registration fee for the registrant includes admission to all sessions, delegate’s materials, lunches, welcome reception and excursion

• Accommodation is not included in the registration fee.
Methods of Payment
Payment of Registration fees will be limited to Credit Card or Bank Transfer.
• Credit Card
1) Payment by credit card is only available through on-line.
2) Visa, Master Card, JCB, Diner’s Club and American Express are acceptable.
3) Because of differences in USD currency rate, the amount billed on the slip of your credit card may be different in each country.

• Bank Transfer
1) Direct bank transfer should be made to the account below.
2) Payment must be in USD and kindly send a copy of receipt of bank transaction receipt to IECA 2006 Secretariat by fax: +82-51-703-3583.
3) No registration form will be processed without payment.
4) Confirmation will be sent upon receipt of registration form and clearance of payment.
5) The bank charge for remittance should be paid by the participant.

Confirmation
“Letter of Confirmation (Registration Acknowledgement)” will be sent via e-mail within three weeks after receipt of registration form and payment. If you don't receive a confirmation letter within three weeks after your payment, please contact the IECA 2006 by e-mail. The final receipt must be presented upon arrival at the pre-registration desk.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation request must be made in written form and sent to IECA 2006 Secretariat by fax or e-mail. Please include your full name, e-mail address and author status.
